Used extensively in the USA for over 16 years Railyard equipment is so versatile it is a great training tool for children and adults alike. We bring our program to schools, gym, and sports teams across various locations.

Exercise on the Railyard is functional fitness climbing, crawling, jumping and ducking; this is what our bodies are designed to do. No form of exercise will give children or adults a more functional workout. It's a fun way to workout you get great exercise without realising you are doing it! It is tremendously versatile it can be configured to accommodate different ages and abilities and fit in different spaces. It has been used to great effect for over sixteen years now in the USA by everyone from young children to professional athletes.

The children really enjoyed the sessions each activity was carefully planned out and there was a huge amount of variations through out the activity. Children that normally would not be willing to participate in physical exercises really enjoyed the activities. Each week the activities were changed and ideally geared for the age groups. The equipment used is very safe and very child friendly.We will be working with Railyard in the future. I highly recommend the course and hope that schools avail of this excellent program.

The programme was expertly delivered by the course tutors and thoroughly enjoyed by all who took part. Acitivies were age appropriate and differentiated for both juniors and seniors.
